Using this website
This website describes Minecraft, web and bot hosting plans. Hosting orders are agreed with Sift on Discord. The website does not collect payments or reserve hosting capacity.
Orders and service
A service order is confirmed only after Sift Hosting accepts the request, confirms the selected plan and location, and provides payment instructions. The confirmed order details take precedence over general website descriptions if they differ.
The person placing an order is responsible for providing accurate contact and service information and for keeping access credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Services must not be used for unlawful activity, malware, phishing, spam, denial-of-service attacks, or activity that disrupts other customers or the network. Sift Hosting may restrict harmful use to protect the service and other users.
Resources and availability
Plan resources and location availability are confirmed when an order is accepted. “Unmetered storage” means no fixed storage figure is advertised for the listed Minecraft plans; it does not mean unlimited physical capacity or permission to interfere with service stability.
Payments and cancellation
The accepted order will state the amount, billing period and payment method. Payment instructions are confirmed with Sift on Discord. To cancel a paid service or ask for a refund, email support@sift.host or contact Sift Hosting through our Discord and see the Refund Policy.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
